The Coach

My name is Ziethan Bohils-Stubbs — but you can call me Z!

I’m a certified personal trainer (Cert III & IV) and have been coaching at Goodlife for the past 2 years. Long before that, I was training friends and family every chance I got.

Fitness quickly became more than just a hobby — it became a part of who I am. I’m known as the “fitness guy” in my circle — the one who’ll turn a walk into a mini workout or challenge everyone to see who can hold a plank the longest.

I bring that same energy and passion to every client I coach, because I know how powerful fitness can be when it’s consistent, fun, and part of your everyday life.

My Background

For most of my life, I was known as the skinny, quiet kid. I struggled with eating, felt constantly drained, and had little to no confidence. Deep down, I knew I wanted more — more energy, more strength, more control over my life.

At 17, I decided to change that. I joined a gym… but I had no clue what I was doing. After 30 days of confusion, soreness, and self-doubt — I quit. That first year was a cycle of trying, giving up, and feeling stuck.

What followed were seven years of trial and error. I failed, I learned, I started over — again and again. But I didn’t stop. Eventually, I committed to understanding the why behind fitness. I studied anatomy, training, and nutrition until it started to make sense — and finally, my body began to change. So did my mindset.

 

Fitness lit a fire in me that nothing else could. It showed me that I’m in control — not my past, not my circumstances, not anyone else’s opinion. Just me, my mindset, and the work I’m willing to put in. It built strength, not just in my body — but in how I lead, how I think, and how I show up in life. Now I use that fire to fuel others. Because everyone deserves to feel strong.

 

Now, I coach people who were just like me — lost, unmotivated, unsure where to start. And I guide them step-by-step to rebuild their body, mind, and lifestyle through structure, habits, and real accountability.
